THE RUDE BRIDGE

The date is April 19th and it's early morning in the sleepy village of Concord. But just across the Old North Bridge, where groups of local militiamen have begun to gather, things are starting to feel tense.

For this is no ordinary spring day: the King's mighty army is on the march and heading straight for Concord!

This tour is an enthralling first-person narrative told from the perspective of a Minuteman soldier as the events of that morning unfolded. Based on eye-witness accounts, letters, and journal entries, our accomplished historian-reenactor will enthusiastically bring the past to life, from the overall political climate of the day down to important details of the period clothing, AND a musket-loading and bayonet demonstration!

But wait  there's more! This tour also includes a post Q&A session for all those burning technical questions like, "aren't you hot in all that wool?" plus a scheduled photo opp for all your historic-selfie needs.

Availability: year round

Price: $25 per person. You must have a minimum of 20 people to book this event. $5 for each additional person thereafter.
